Whenever we have turf installation contractors and their crew working in the yards or the house, we always provide a cooler full of ice, bottled water, and canned soda available to them. It is really appreciated, especially on hot summer days.
Eric is an exceptional vendor and company owner. He did the initial sales call himself and made us feel comfortable immediately with his knowledge and professionalism. We knew what we were looking for—a roughly rounded triangular dog-friendly turf area within a pre-existing concrete border. He made the entire process easy to deal with and at a fair price. And his 2-man installation team was efficient and professional, installing the turf, including an underlayer of anti-gopher mesh and a stepping stone patio within the turf, in just over 2 days. And when we noticed a small depression under the turf a week after the install, he was responsive. In fact, he came back himself to fix the issue!
